One of the most common frustrations I hear from leaders is how to get through to people. Failed communication can be frustrating, costly, and discouraging.

Leaders need to know how to get through to people, so they grow and become more successful and a better asset for your company. This training is where you will learn FIVE effective ways to build strong, productive, and mature employees.

This course will give you the confidence to turn lives around and keep them going in the right direction. You'll learn what style of communication to use for each different phase of an employee's growth. This will allow you to improve productivity, reduce inappropriate behaviors, and reduce turnover.

How To Build Maturity

"Envision Life" is a powerful resource for developing life skills and character. It's a model that teaches them to think critically about themselves, their relationships, actions, teamwork, and consequences

It creates a common language for responsibility, teamwork, and community. It is incredible how many individuals don't know why their actions were wrong. Envision Life helps them see where and how they struggle in their life skills. More importantly, it trains them to see the long-term impact of their actions. 

Studies have conclusively shown two critical things. First, investing in life skills and character training has a substantial return on investment. Second, teaching these skills increases their odds of success. The bottom line is that life skills training is an excellent use of your money, and it dynamically improves lives.

I will become stronger by boldly and diligently pursuing growth and improvement in skills that will enhance myself and others. I will not try to change others but will take ownership of changing myself.

I will not criticize others or expect them to be better classmates, friends, or family members. They are not responsible for making me happy. Instead, I will commit myself to become a better teammate, friend, and family member to enhance the lives of others.

Becoming a better person will be my ultimate goal. In my life, I will replace complaining with doing, excuses with responsibility, and blame with humility.

I will not allow life to be about fault and blame but will make it about responsibilities. Then I can focus on solutions instead of dwelling on problems. I will voluntarily make myself accountable to another in this quest for growth and diligently fulfill that commitment.  

I will take responsibility for my life, my future, my relationships, and my happiness. I will take ownership of removing the barriers to this in my life and person.
